
All meals are included in our catered ski weeks. Breakfast and dinner are served family-style around our large table. Food allergies, vegetarian diets and other preferences can be accommodated upon timely request. Produce is organically grown when possible, hand-selected by a small local produce grocer in Kimberley.
Boulder Hut Food is always homemade and delicious. A typical breakfast might consist of homemade yogurt and granola, eggs, and freshly baked muffins. A lunch buffet is set out in the morning for each guest to pack for the day skiing. Our breads are baked fresh every other day, as well as delicious snacks for the trail like chocolate chip cookies or Ellie’s famous energy balls. Dinner might be wild Alaskan salmon, sautéed vegetables and rice pilaf. Dessert could be cheesecake, Nanaimo bars, pie or homemade ice cream.
